Sobha Lavender was conceived as a distinctive landscape-led residential world. Through the idea of composition, the property’s identity extends from its flowing topography into the architecture, waterscapes, residences and film.
Conceptual project
An identity intended to express quiet distinction through form, proportion and rhythm, without relying on literal floral motifs.

The approved champagne-gold mark takes its inspiration from overlapping contours: fluid lines suggesting the movement of land, the quiet surface of water and the effortless flow between private and shared spaces.
Rather than portraying lavender as a flower, the identity captures its sensory associations—composure, serenity and a feeling of considered luxury.
The restrained wordmark and tagline tie the sculptural symbol back to its promise: Living, Beautifully Composed.
The geometry of the estate becomes an ownable signature.
Architecture, landscape and life are organised as one experience.
A restrained visual world where luxury is experienced, not declared.
Avoleina Regular — Restrained storytelling with generous whitespace, calm pacing and quietly expressive details. Together, they create the same sense of composition as the architecture itself.
The supplied Avoleina archive contains Regular and Italic, but not Bold. The HTML supports all three licensed web-font files once installed locally; until then the browser displays a close serif fallback.Fourteen editorial pages explore the first impression, the art of flow, the beauty of stillness, residences and the signature apartment. This is the complete supplied brochure, not sample imagery.
Conceptual architectural renderings and apartment area figures are illustrative.
An architectural and emotional film that moves from crafted detail to landscaped world, private residence and the feeling of belonging.

A production dossier documenting the iterative AI-led creative process behind the finished film: from visual worldbuilding to camera prompts, revised openings, narrated audio and final edit.
